By accessing and using our services, the “User” or “Client” accepts the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we kindly ask you not to use the platform.
1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
BAILA360 is an online Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows dance academies to manage their daily operations: class scheduling, attendance tracking, registrations, student follow-up, sale of passes or tickets, teacher management, and communication with students, among others.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
The use of BAILA360 implies full acceptance of these conditions. We reserve the right to modify them at any time, notifying users through the platform or by email.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
- To access the platform, the User must register with truthful information and keep it updated.
- The User is responsible for the use and protection of their login credentials.
- It is not permitted to share accounts or transfer access to third parties without prior authorization from the Company.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to:
- Use the platform legally and in accordance with these terms.
- Not use the platform to store, distribute, or promote illegal, offensive, or third-party infringing content.
- Not perform actions that may damage, interfere with, or affect the operation of BAILA360.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, source code, functionalities, and the BAILA360 brand are the exclusive property of Tecnología Pukapps S.L. or its licensors. Copying, modifying, or distributing without express authorization is prohibited.
6. PLANS AND PAYMENTS
Full access to the platform may be subject to paid plans.
- Prices, included functionalities, and billing conditions are detailed on the website or in the corresponding contract.
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of the service.
- Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities.
We are not responsible for data loss or damages arising from misuse or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA
The processing of personal and academic data entered by users is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Data will not be sold or shared without consent, except when required by law.
9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
The Company may suspend or cancel an account in case of serious breach of the terms or for security reasons, without prior notice.
The User may cancel their account at any time, without the right to a refund for unused periods.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts.
